smart enough? Is the computer always right or does it need human control?
CONTENT AWARE TOOL
The experiment started with the Content Aware Tool of Photoshop
that I interpreted as an automatic correction tool in images. The tool
calculates the pixels around the selectedarea to erase pimples,
or other skin imperfections. While playing with this tool, I discovered
that by selecting large areas, the algorithms didn’t work as designed.
AVERAGE FACE CORRECTION
If everything would be constantly automatically corrected, all mistakes or
odds would be corrected. So everything that is imperfect would be
corrected to the perfect. This means that of everything that would be one
perfect object, form or grid if everything would be constantly auto-corrected.
